Chicken Salad

3 cup diced Chicken
1 1/2 cup diced celery
3/4 - 1 cup mayo
4 stalks of green onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. parsley
1/3 cup whipping cream, whipped (I use a whole small one)
1 tsp. salt
1 t. Lemon juice
1 cup sliced purple grapes

*optional: pecans or almonds, 1 cup each

Mix all together and chill before serving.
