I am totally going to make this next week. Well, as long as it gets cold enough I will. It sounds really good.

I just made this tonight. It was excellent. Very similar to the Zuppa Toscana at the Olive Garden. Emily, you would really like this one and it was totally easy to make. I topped it with some grated parmesean and yum yum!

Mary, we tried this and Alex loved it! Hayley ate it but was hoping it would be more like the Olive Garden one (I hardly see the difference but the cream). Anyways, thanks for always sharing new recipes, helps shake it up around here!
